The recently built Residence is located in Fontanazzo, in the Fassa Valley, in a quiet and sunny location. It has a large private garden, a solarium area with deck chairs, sun loungers, tables, benches and barbecue. For children there are playhouses, sandbox, slide and swings, and they can make friends with chickens and rabbits.

The Residence is located in a quiet, sunny and panoramic area, a 20-minute walk from the center of Campitello, and a couple of kilometers from Canazei. The strategic location allows the summer to be a stone's throw from walks, hikes, bike path and two beautiful playgrounds. While the winter, traveling only mt 100, you can reach the cross-country track, which runs through the entire valley, the same track of the famous "Marcialonga". At mt 100 from the residence is the stop of the ski bus that in less than 8 minutes reaches one of the most important ski resorts of the Dolomitisuperski and Sellaraonda, the famous 'Giro dei 4 passi'.
