This apartment is located on the street level, has an independent external entrance from the other apartments, and direct access to the garage, storage room and skiroom.

It has two double bedrooms, one double with access to a private outdoor area, and one with two single beds, which in the need can be joined. This apartment also has two bathrooms, a larger windowed one with tub, and a smaller Czech one with shower. Like all our apartments it has a dishwasher and washing machine available.

It is the largest apartment in the residence with a square footage of about 80sqm.

This apartment is the only two-room apartment in our residence. However, it has a large square footage of about 60sqm. It is located on the garden level and is accessed from the shared main entrance. It consists of an openspace living area complete with large living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a large bathroom. It has a small balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen area.

In the living room there is a matriminial sofa bed thus being able to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

This three-room apartment of about 70sqm consists of a large openspace living area equipped with a living, dining and kitchen area. It has a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a double sofa bed giving the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people, Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.

This is a three-room apartment of about 70sqm has a 'large living area complete with a living area, round bench with dining table and kitchenette. It has a bathroom and two bedrooms, one large double and one twin bedroom. There are two balconies, a small one overlooking the upper valley, sass Becè and the Greppa valley. From the rooms there is access to the other larger balcony, which has a view toward the garden and the mountains of the lower valley.

This three-room apartment is the newest, has an openspace for the living area complete with kitchenette and large dining table with a veranda bench lap. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be easily joined, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. In the living room there is a double sofa bed thus giving the opportunity to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The small bedroom with bathroom has a small balcony with a view towards the Corodella and Sassolungo mountains. The living area and the other bedroom have access to a second, larger balcony that looks directly toward the garden.
